Bengaluru, India – The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) is scheduled to conduct the Under Graduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2025 on Saturday, May 10th, 2025. This crucial examination serves as a gateway for admissions to engineering programs offered by numerous colleges across Karnataka.[1][2][3][4][5]

The COMEDK UGET 2025 will be held in an online, computer-based mode across various centers in India.[1][2][3][4][5] To accommodate the large number of applicants, the exam will be conducted in three shifts throughout the day: a morning session from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, an afternoon session from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and an evening session from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.[2][5]

Candidates who successfully registered for the exam were able to download their admit cards from the official COMEDK website, comedk.org, starting April 30th, 2025.[1][6][7][8][9] The deadline to download the admit card is May 10th, 2025, by midnight.[1][10] It is mandatory for candidates to carry a printout of their COMEDK UGET 2025 admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the examination center.[1]

The application process for COMEDK UGET 2025 commenced on February 3rd, 2025, and concluded on March 24th, 2025, following a few extensions.[7][9][11][12][13][14] A correction window for the application form was also provided from April 11th to April 14th, 2025, allowing candidates to edit certain details in their submitted forms.[7][9][11][12][15]

The COMEDK UGET 2025 exam pattern consists of 180 multiple-choice questions, with 60 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.[7][12][15] The syllabus is based on the CBSE curriculum, with a 33% weightage given to Class 11 topics and 67% to Class 12 topics.[16] There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.[15]

A mock test link was activated on the official website on February 17th, 2025, to help candidates familiarize themselves with the online exam environment.[7][8]

Candidates are advised to strictly adhere to the exam day instructions and reach their designated centers well in advance. The official website, comedk.org, remains the primary source for all updates and information regarding COMEDK UGET 2025.[2]

Following the examination, the provisional answer key is expected to be released on May 14th, 2025, and the results will be announced online.[8][12] Qualified candidates will then participate in the COMEDK counselling process for seat allotment in participating engineering colleges.
